- Shelli Belli Cakes is located in Murrieta,California. we specialize in custom cakes for all occasions.We only use high quality ingredients and all cakes are made at the last possible moment to ensure freshness. Each one is handcrafted with great detail and care. Ice cream cakes, cookie and pull-apart cakes...if you can dream it, we can make it a reality! Basic cakes start at $35.00 and an average themed cake starts at $45.00. Delivery is available for an additional charge. All requests are quoted on an individual basis.
